Armstrong & Miller Show

Now Back to the BBC…..BBC One this time……again…….I’ve been luck enough to be cast in Season 3 of the Armstrong & Miller Show. Now young actors in the game PLEASE TAKE NOTE….its important we show range in this business, we cant always keep playing the same thing for example….the Hoody, the Bad Man.

We have to show we can do more, so being included on this show for me is a big deal. To know that 6 million people on average tune into this show every week makes me excited to be involved. I am part of the main cast so you will see my face many times throughout the series. I’ve included some pics for you to look at.

This is just the beginning people, I’m just getting started and good things are already happening. I encourage ANYONE who reads this to use me as an example if need be and CHASE YOUR DREAMS.

Two years ago I was working in retail part time whilst doing my own online sketches….It was a struggle but the hard work is finally beginning to pay off. Look out for my next post, as it will feature my new BBC Pilot Sketch Show.

Thanks for you’re continued support, walk with me……….

Jase.

What's the latest?

So I’m beginning to see a pattern arise here……BBC…..again…..this time a voice over for a show on their BBC Switch station. It was a lot of fun and I bumped into my stable mates Mr Rufus Hound and the very talented Paul Kaye (Dennis Pennis/Mike Strutter).

We all have the same agent so it was nice to see them and have a chat. Cant remember the name of the show I did the voice over for….POOR I know but its been a looooooong month. Jobs are on top of Jobs right now and I’m not complaining!

Dynamic duo Watson & Oliver

I received an offer, which was a pleasure to do, for a pilot sketch show for a dynamic female duo known as Watson & Oliver, who are being hailed as the new French & Saunders.

I also got to work with the lovely Director Juliet May again. We worked with each other before on the hit show Miranda for BBC2 last year.

I did three sketches for the Watson & Oliver pilot, which was a nice look for me.

During the last half of March I’ve been at Elstree Studios….Why? Well I managed to get myself a part on Holby City people.

I play suited and booted Marketing Exec, Chis Brand and you’ll catch me mixing with the Holby elite which include; Amanda Mealing, Paul Bradley, Hugh Quarshie and Robert Powell.

I shall be on your screens via Holby City in June/July so stay tuned!

We’re doing it mainstream baby!

Vote for the future of UK film - Acadamy nominated director, Sunny Midha and his film Magic Run at the 14 Islands Film Challenge.

Making it on the airwaves

Whilst filming my new pilot, I found out that not only were the lovely people at BBC 1 Xtra and Choice FM playing my brand new spoof tunes Jay Z – Death Of Skinny Jeans and DOS & Giggs - Plant The Trees, but now BBC RADIO ONE are playing them also…..

Thanks to Sara Cox and Tim Westwood, my spoof tunes can be heard across the nations airwaves!!!!!!!!!! Unbelievable!!!!! The new stuff will be on YouTube this week for you to hear. I have so many tunes to spare that I shall be releasing a free downloadable album for YOU the people to have via my website so watch this space.

Update from me :)

Hello people. Its been a while. But I’ve been VERY BUSY!

First of all, I shot my brand new BBC sketch show pilot which is coming out in May. We’ve been very lucky to have some good people involved such as:

Noel Clarke, Adulthood
Paul Whitehouse, Harry and Paul
David Schnieder, Alan Partridge
Daniel Kaluuya, Skins
Rufus Hound, Winner of Let Dance for Sport Relief
Adam Deacon, Adulthood
Ciara Janson, Hollyoaks

Just to name a few…..

And all of this was directed by the great Al Campbell, Director of Charlie Brookers Newswipe.

Do not ask me how the hell I managed to get TWO BAFTA award winners (Paul and Noel) onboard because I don’t know. All I can say is that someone up there likes me!!!!!! Without spoiling the surprise I’ll be playing a range of characters from Jay Z to Super Nanny aka Nanny Discipline.
